UpdateA reserved matters planning application will shortly be submitted to Haringey Council, setting out more information about how the later phases of Hale Wharf will be developed.
RESERVED MATTERS PLANNING APPLICATION
Planning permission was granted in June 2017 for the regeneration of Hale Wharf. This confirmed the principle of redeveloping the whole site and full permission for the southernmost two new buildings, closest to Ferry Lane. Further reserved matters planning applications are now being prepared for the rest of site, which will allow other new buildings to be built out in due course. We will shortly be holding a drop in session for local residents and groups, at which the project team will be on hand to answer any questions people might have. This will be held:

Public consultation was undertaken on the outline Hale Wharf proposals during 2016, prior to the submission of a planning application. These events were well attended and we welcomed the interested shown in the proposals by local residents and community groups.
